Lead with Your Heart, Not Your Hurt

True healing requires a shift from living in past wounds to embracing the wisdom of the heart.

This section will help you recognize when you are operating from pain and provide spiritual tools to shift into a heart-centered way of being.

Recognizing the Difference

  • Leading from Hurt: Reactive, defensive, fear-based, seeking validation, overprotective.

  • Leading from Heart: Intentional, open, trusting, guided by love, rooted in wisdom.

  • Healing Prayer: Releasing Hurt & Embracing Love

Divine Creator, I surrender the wounds that have shaped my fears. Fill my heart with love so I may lead with wisdom, grace, and compassion.

May I release the burdens of the past and walk forward in truth and peace. Let love be my compass, and may I see with eyes of understanding. Amen.
